  • I think its a progression, I started off at 1200 cals and was starving all the time and wasn't really loosing because I needed more calories because of doing high intensive workouts so switched it up to 1440 cals and been doing that for over a year and lost 6 lbs and have maintained it!

  • I was 26 and feel like it was the perfect age to start and had my second and last when I was 29. I got married fairly young for today's standards at 21 but enjoyed being married for almost 5 years before added kids to the mix! I would totally wait at least another 5 years, enjoy being young!
  • Are you serious, this is a website to promote health & fitness, everyone has different goals, and I was one of those people that needed to loose 5 lbs and guess what MFP helped me to do just that!
  • Hi there, I've been bodyrocking for almost 3 years now and loved it from the beginning, I wasn't happy with the change that took place in November when Zuzana left but have gotten use to the new host and her workouts really kick butt to, but I've been finding alot of repeated moves. I use a blog with every workout that…

  • Wow, amazing transformation, you should be so proud of yourself, and such an inspiration to others on their journey as well!
  • In my 35 years I've never had one, my kids wouldn't even know what they were if I showed them the box, not sure what's too like, high sugar and no nutritional value to them.

  • I usually log minutes burned as 10 cals per minute, the intensity is quite high and I feel like I'm getting a good burn, but I need to invest in an HRM soon!
  • I love BR, I have been doing it over 2 years now and still going strong, its the only workouts I do and get great results, I was a little sad when all the changes happened with Zuzana but gotten over it and moved on to keeping up with the great workouts they put out. You can add me as a friend if you like!
  • Gonna try these!
  • Love MFP so much more the Facebook to, you can say what you really feel, post pics without worrying friends are going to judge and endless support of those who are on the same path to reach their goals!

  • I'd like to know what I can do for this to, I have no pain at all when do any other kind of working out except when I start to run, I had to drop out of a 5K race I entered this past weekend because I knew it wouldn't be worth it. I do alot of strength training and have been told its because I have such tight muscles, need…
  • Great site, I use it for alot of breakfast ideas, and snack ideas, today I had Baked Oatmeal with Blueberries and Bananas and for a snack, Skinny Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Scones, but subbed the buttermilk for unsweetened almond milk and they are so delish! Gonna have to try the other ones that have been suggested on here…
  • Hi there, I'm a mom of two girls and have been bodyrocking for 3 years, I found it was the easiest way to get in a short intense workout with two little ones running around, they are both in school full time now and I've gone back to work part time but still find that they are the best workouts for a busy after school…
  • Hey there, Bodyrocker here too, I love them and have been doing it for almost 3 years. I love the new ones with all the added bonuses, seeing new results I haven't in the past. Sometimes I'll mix older ones in to but try to stick to the new daily schedule they've been putting out. I was trying to get up before work to them…
