I work outside the house but I do the 30 day shred before the kids get up and before work. If I stayed at home I would do that and walk now that is nice out. I am sure you can lose weight fast with that!

Don't give up! If you are not eating the right food you will feel so bad! I started eating 1500 and then dropped to 1200 just to make sure I can lose the weight before the summer but I am also in good shape and I for the most part eat well.
