Well I had a 1 week stint in hospital at the beginning which helped (but I wouldn't reccomend it) - and after that I have been sticking rigidly to 1200 calories a day, I exercised most days (started just by walking for 10 mins, now I run for 20-30mins) and made sure I was chewing my food properly. No, no offence taken at all :laugh: I'm pretty sure it IS water related. Just trying to get to the bottom of why it happens, and why I don't seem to see a weight gain in the following few days.

I'm not stupid enough to believe it's actual weight loss. I know it's not. Has to be something to do with dehydration/water retention. Just odd that it doesn't go back on in the days following.

Just managed to get the whole way through level 1 for the first time. I really struggle with push-ups, can anyone suggest an alternative? I can only manage like 2 !!!

Just managed 15mins of level 1 on day 1 - God that's hard. Got more of a sweat on in 15 mins of 30ds than I ever did in 40 minutes quickly walking !

I treated the wife to one of those fish pedicures last week. I was very impressed with the results. Those piranhas don't f*** about do they !?!?

Seriously impressed. What kind of calorie level were you eating at when you started. I have lost 60lbs since starting on 13th July this year, would love to follow in your footsteps !

I'm weighing (but not logging) my weight every day at the minute to try and work out some kind of pattern with my weight loss. A kind of "Test and Measure" approach if you like. Yes I am eating my exercise calories back, but still hitting around 1200 calories nett each day.

Normally I will have a cheat meal and it will be chinese food. But even then I make sure the rest of the days intake in very low-calorie so that I stary below or near to my calorie goal.
