saw a great recipe for protein pancakes on Blogilates yesterday. the last 2 days i have eaten 10 candy bars. 4 reeses 5 kit kat and a hershey's bar. i have a horrible sugar craving NON STOP! i can normally control it but the last two days!

you are certainly not alone!!! take it one day at a time and try and cut back on the foods you eat. don't cut out or deprive yourself or you will binge! Im here and i know what you are going through. friend me if you like.

could just be your body's way of saying " okay you are changing your habits now its time to flush everything out" Esp if you are cutting sugar , carbs, or caffeine. My body went through withdrawls the first few days. it gets better and you feel a whole lot better a few days in. stick with it!

i agree. Do Not start with a dvd. The beginners yoga class offered at my gym was great. the instructor showed me how to position my body so each move would be most effective. (and i wouldn't hurt myself) I love it. :)

Please don't give up! I know how it feels to lose and gain the same weight over and over. it's frustrating. I started 2012 off differently than any other year.
