oh i had one of those days yesterday too!!! anything and everything i could eat, i did!!! i felt so bad about it but today it was fine. i am chalking it up to my body wanting more!!! a cheat day every once and a while is good for you. revs metabolism and keeps your body changing!!!! :)

tuna patties or mix with 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt 1 tbsp onions and 1 tbsp green peppers and a squeeze of lemon juice. . . awesome on spinach salad or toast. I even like tuna with whole wheat elbow noodles, peas and carrots. . .

i love green tea. i make mine with orange slices and lemon slices. very citrusy and refreshing. . . great to jumpstart weight loss.

Lifeway Frozen Kefir. (pomegrante is the best) 90 calories for 1 cup. or Kefir yogurt smoothie 140 calories for 1 cup. So good.
