Thank for the info. I never really looked back at my log to really see what I was eating. I do eat alot of lean cuisine and subway and figured that was a healthier choice but I see I need to make a better selection.

For the most part I do log what I eat but the last few days cus I've been busy getting ready for the holiday. Saturday my boyfriend took me out to eat and I ordered a steak with steamed veggies and mashed potatoes but it took me 2 days to eat it all. So upset. I went out today to get the stuff to make them but couldn't find and egg roll wraps. I checked in the freezer and the Asian section in 2 different stores. Where would they be?

To be honest at first I just zone out to my music and try to workout to the beat but as I get closer to the end of my workout I keep looking at the clock counting the minutes.. lol

I have. I didn't have any problems with it. So far I lost 30 lbs. But I resently ran out and didn't have the money to buy some but I seen I was still losing weight so I won't be using it anymore because I seen I was really doing it on my own. Don't waste your money.

I find buying Walmart brand frozen veggies are a great price. Nothing is added to them. For a small bag I pay around $1 and it last for awhile instead of buying fresh. I also have a store in my area called bilo that always runs a buy one get one free sale on chicken breast that's a great price!
