Rebounding and calories
So I purchased a mini trampoline a few days ago and have been using it!! Awesome workout by the way!! Well as of right now I dont have a hrm anymore and until then I need to estimate how many calories I've burned. Does anybody know a great website or the most accurate way to to calculate calories burned?

I'm so excited! So far I've lost 30 lbs. In a little over 3 months. My starting weight was 253, current weight is 223, and my goal is 170. I have been thinking about dropping my goal down to 150 but we'll see when the time comes.
