Exercise, just simple exercise at first like walking will help you feel much better about yourself. I chew gum, low calorie. Thanks, I think i'm getting enough water so that is probably not it but really good info! Maybe I'll try to change my exercises some & see if that helps. I'm not discouraged because I'm feeling so much better.
