Everyone asks about "Greek Yogurt", "Should I eat my exercise calories" etc. and they don't bother searching first. It clogs the threads and tonight, it bothers me lol

Girl, I'm 46 (and a half) and I'm doing it! It killed me the first few days, I was SO sore the first night through day 4 but if I can do it, YOU can do it! :)

I buy them, for the simple fact they are portioned out already. I WOULD eat an entire box of cookies if they were not portioned out. Can't say I've ever wanted to eat all packs at one sitting.

I moved to level 2 >< It was tough but I am glad I moved up. I was honestly getting bored with level 1. I need to work on keeping my food and exercise diary up to date. I'm slacking :)
