Mom and Dad driving their child to meet someone at a school dance is probably considered a date to many. I also think it depends on the child, their maturity level, the age difference between the two…

My friend would eat regular yogurt mixed into dry oatmeal, cook it and eat it. I would imagine that would be the same? Although Greek yogurt is extremely thick, I'm not sure if you'd have to thin it out somehow. Or are you talking about adding it after cooking it?

Holy cow, that was the longest 25 minutes of my exercise life LOL I have no coordination, so a couple of the exercises were awkward for me, not sure I did them right but it sure gave me a good workout!
