I agree with the weights. It will help you build muscles which burms more calories even when you are just laying around looking pretty. :-) Look at the success stories thread - lots and lots of success from people just like us.

You may want to up the protein at breakfast and lunch (maybe even generally it should be higher) More protein combined with a good intake of water should help with those cravings. As others have hinted. You can certain increase the strength of certain muscles groups, but fat comes off where it comes off. 114 sounds tiny, but you will likely have to descrease your bodyfat percentage overall and those "Saddlesbags" will decrease as well.

I you have switched to a lot more, umm, gas producing foods (beans, certain veggies, dairy etc) you may experience a few weeks while your body adjusts. Not sure what you are eating. Hopefully you feel better soon!

I think you may have to review your eating in general. Or change some of your nutrient settings :-) Perhaps a protein smoothie at night? Or front load your day with a few more calories that are protein rich?

I think part of the argument is that it has the same glycemic index as white bread, but obviously the extra fiber is good for you. Who knows, everyday there is a new theory. We all have to find what works for us.
