When you are away from home, try to make good food choices. It sounds like it was very challenging this weekend. I was also challenged. We went away for the weekend. I had a mcskillet burrito on Saturday morning and finished the day at a buffet. But I still managed to stay within my calories by filling one plate with salad…

Hey... For saturday, water was 11 glasses. Food was under :) As for today water is sitting at 9 cups, food is under and I also wrapped up the crunches....all 500-DONE! I am truly enjoying this group!! Thank you all!

Hey everyone, Water was on target for monday, not sure about the food since I didn't track it. Food was definitely under goal since I caught a stomach bug and haven't eaten anything until today's top ramen. Water yesterday was not and I will input all of my stuff for today. Thanks, everyone! Sheryl

Sorry guys, today was a busy day. Had to take my granddaughter to the ER so no exercises for me but will catch up on those. Under calories and consumed the water. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Still sitting at 186lbs but I usually weigh on Fridays :)

Welcome! I am currently at 186.5 and am only 4'11" so I definitely understand. The most important thing you can do to lose weight is eat breakfast!! This is my biggest challenge since I really hate most breakfast foods and have never really ate breakfast until about 11am. Feel free to add me if you'd like.

Hey all, Did the exercises, resisted those mouth watering ribs at the rib cookoff. Quick question tho...I weigh on Fridays but will get that as soon as I get home tonight and post tomorrow.
