  • Thanks guys! I was just wondering I haven't really been working out. I sometimes go on a 25 min walk with my dog and I play tennis some times for hours. I will be workin to my Jillian micheals DVDs again soon but I was just wondering. 

  • What i would do it I would get the grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bread if they have that and if they have sweet potato fries take that and o ly eat half and that's it!   • There is a pasta out there called smart taste and it's less calories then any of the others. You should try that if your like me and you like pasta but don't want all the calories. :) for a cup it's like a hundred and somethig. Other pastas are two hundred up to three hundred calories for a cup or a half cup!
  • When this happens drink a huge glass of water! Your body might need water. People get hunger and thirsty mixed up sometimes. Try it and see if that works. :)

  • If your like and you hate beer and you like rum, vodka and etc... Just so you know the more % it is the less calories! So 100% vodka is better than lower then that. And try ti stick with the clear drinks. :)

  • I don't think you are wanting to much. You lose water weight at first and you might be losing the weight in your face and arms first. Then you will start feeling and seeing it in your belly area.   • That video is hard! It's a great work out video. I stopes doing it because of the heat but you might like it. All of her work outs are great! And yea not a lot of guys like girls with flat tummies and six packs. And I heard it's harder for girls to get a six pack.
  • Drink lots of water and it might be what you ate eating too. Some foods will make you blotted. Try cutting out Beans, broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage. If you drink soda or even diet soda cut that out too for awhile. Eat slow Too. And it should help. :)

But don't eat it every day. Eat a bar once a week if you really need it. But when your tired you will cave for sweets.
