Oh I also like to make sweet potato corn cakes. It has sweet potatoes, sweet corn, cumin, cayenne pepper, corn meal, egg and bread crumbs. So good! It makes alot!

Are you working out or just eating better? I have been working out and I have gained a lot of weight. I was at 130 pounds and now at 149.2 pounds. I am still small so it's the muscle. You need to take a brake. Don't workout on Sunday. Your muscles will thank you. If you push it you can hurt your self, and have no more energy. So take the one day brake and don't be afraid of it. Your doing amazing. Keep it up.
