It's okay to lose weight. just don't lose to much and keep eatting right. That will not hurt the babie, but don't do sit ups! you can do weight lifting and cardo. just watch what you eat and you should not gain to much. keep this in mind. just because there is a baby in there don't think you need to eat two huge plates!…

Not true for every one! My mother use to do weight lifting and that was it. every day for months and for about an hour or over and she watched what she ate, and she was tiny and had some nice muscles back in the day. so every one is different. Running and stuff is better any ways because yes it burns more and faster.

eat something small for dinner or just eat egg whites and yogurt for breakfast. just try to cut down on your carbs and your calories. and the mayo not so good for you. and drink lots of water! you might feel like you are hungry so try drinking a huge glass or two of water. lots of people get thirsty and hungry mixed up.

all of the food is in oil! a lot of salt! just plan bad for you. and who really knows what is in their food! just make your self a hamburger and bake some fries at home. you would be better off and you will know what is in it.

eat something with sugar! and if it's like what i get you might be getting a headache or something. i get ligh headed but i black out. not like i pass out i just can't see any thing. and then it goes away it's really weird.... but get a small thing of chocolate or something that has sugar.

drink milk! milk has a lot of cal. and milk is good to drink after a nice hard work out.

if your working out then thats why. muscles weigh more then fat. but if you are not working out. then it just takes time, or you need to drink more water, watch your carbs and sugar intake! and you should be fine. you might not see the number on the scale but your body is losing the weight. don't worry to much about it.…

weigh your self only once! i know it's hard but hide your scale so you don't see it. i weigh my self once a week on saturday mornings now. i did once a month and i didn't lose any thing. but i didnt gain so thats good. :)
