I literally just saw this today, and will work on it during what's left of the week.

It wasn't the greatest week last week for me eating wise. I ate out way too much last week, and I'm trying to turn it around this week. I'm attempting to stay away from eating out, or at least attempting to make healthier choices. I am planning on doing a whole 30 during March, and have talked two people into doing it with…

Challenge complete. I definitely felt the emotions for the first hour during the makeovers. I was expecting two people to go home this week, but was glad to see that it was a two hour special that was focused on just one week, instead of an hour a week. I was glad that the families stayed and did a challenge with the…

I haven't been in the right mindset recently it seems like. I sometimes feel as if I can't keep going, and just want to give up. But then I remember why I doing it and keep going. I have my ups and downs, and my weight will show it during this challenge. I've recently been trying to eat better, and eat out less, but it's…

I'll be rooting for the Broncos, only because I think that they are a better team than the Panthers.

starting weight: 183.3 week one: 182.7 total loss: 0.6 lbs.

I'm doing all right. I haven't been feeling that great this week, but I think it's more in my head than anything, so hopefully I can get out of whatever funk I'm in. The weather has been getting better so my walks outside should get better, but it just depends on how motivated I can get. If I stay as motivated as last…

I haven't felt that great this week, and didn't have much money, so I wound up eating stuff that I had at the house. I went to Jury duty on the 1st, and I had just enough cash to buy breakfast, but only because I got up late, and didn't have time to make breakfast. I did wind up eating a lot of junk food type stuff, mainly…

I wasn't too surprised to see the twins go home for the week from that first challenge. I'm glad that they were both able to well at home. I am actually kind of glad that Rob went home, because I felt that he learned enough to be able to still lose weight at home. I'm glad they showed a clip from the doctor saying that…

Hey all, my name is Ashley. My birthday will be at the end of February. I have been on mfp since the end of June 2014, and my starting weight at the time was 193.1. Right now, my calorie goal is 1400, but sometimes I play around with things, so it might change at least once between now and whenever we finish the group. For…

Hey all, this is my first week, and my starting weight is 183.3 lbs. 5'1" female. will get my progress thread up soon.

I wound up in two meetings north of me all day, as well as quite some time in the car. I was hoping to have enough energy when getting home to do my workout, but I didn't sleep very well last night. I did my workout late last night, and couldn't stand all the hair collecting in the carpet, so I had decided to vacuum, which…

Don't feel bad lexiss91, I will most likely be yo-yoing up and down during the challenge. I know that I need to clean up my diet, but I just can't get in the right mindset to do it. So far, I have been doing as best I could with limiting my eating out. I have to keep reminding myself that if I do go out to eat that I have…

Ok scratch my last post. I wound up going to the gym with my dad and I hit the treadmill at the end and including the five minutes of cool down I walked 3.32 miles in just over 62 minutes, which is slightly faster than normal for me. When I got off it felt weird to me because I am so used to walking outside, and will stick…

I was planning on going for a long walk today, but wound up being lazy instead after getting home from church.

I think you can set the goal however you want each month. I live in San Diego, so it's pretty much good walking weather year round, which is why I have the same mileage goal set for every month. Obviously not everyone has the same opportunity as me. I say do whatever fits for where you live, and what can fit into your…

I've been adding mine, but the first week I had to guesstimate because I was between fitbits. I'm glad to have found this group so that I can have a way to easily see when I need to pick it up and keep active. I figured out how much I will have to walk for each month and just added a tiny bit so that I could have a little…

Hi, I'm Ashley 28 years old from San Diego California. I've been here on MFP for just over 1.5 years, and had a fitbit for almost as long. I started with walking as far as exercise went, and on occasion would do random at home workouts. Last July I won the P90x dvd set through a healthy rewards program from work, and got…

I wish I could watch in real time every week but I have a meeting every other week so half the time I'll be watching the recording and the other half in real time.

Hi all, I'm Ashley. I am 28, 29 in February, and I'm living in San Diego. I like to walk mainly, but starting Monday I will be restarting P90x, as I started it at the end of July and stopped about 2/3 through. I usually have a fitbit to help track my steps, but it just died on New Years. I am trying to get a new one on…

I might do that, and make sure that I designate a shelf in the freezer for me.

Whichever one I can afford and actually win. I'm waiting on two auctions to end, one for the charge and one for the flex. It might have to wait until I can actually afford to pay a little bit more.
-
looks like I might have to manually log my walking, as my fitbit died last night and I'm in the process of getting a new one on eBay. I'm hoping to get it sooner rather than later.

I realized I didn't say anything about my eating. I will be trying to eat healthier, and not eating out as much. I don't have much money, but still eat way too much fast food. I am going to try and eat healthier while still trying to stay in a very small weekly budget.
-
I totally went the wrong way! I wanted to lose 10 lbs. but gained just over 9 lbs. and almost half of it this week. I'm thinking it's a combo of water/salt and TOM

I kinda know how you feel as far as extreme. I've got the P90x program and it's tough! Or at least what I've done of it is. I happen to have the fitbit flex and it gets me moving. It's hard for me to get moving sometimes, but I try to hit my 10k steps at least twice a week and log three meals totaling a minimum of 1200…

I won the P90x program through a healthy rewards program at work, and had started it over the summer, and then work got super crazy because of a remodel so I stopped. I remembered on occasion, but I was just lazy. I knew the holidays were coming and just didn't want to make myself even more tired and sore than I needed to…
