I wound up getting a stomach bug this week, so I wound up loosing a few pounds. I'm hoping that I'll be able to keep it going by more conventional means once I'm feeling better.

I've been busy with work and I've been going to my grandmas to walk her dog every day. I've even been busy on the weekends with stuff that I couldn't get to during the week. I'm still getting used to working consistently, so my eating and exercising have been a little wonky.

I think maybe people are getting caught up with travel, or life. I personally love the accountability because it helps me stay on track and at the very least stay within a few pounds. I didn't log any of my water, and logged most of my food but not everything. I was way over on some days, but I will make up for it this week hopefully.

I was traveling all day, and I just couldn't stay on track. I basically ate out all day, and tracked almost all of it, but was still way over my calorie goal.

Kind of a confession but I have a reason behind it. I donated blood today and 5 hey highly recommend staying for 15 minutes after and having a snack.
