I'm starting this challenge up 6.6 from the start of the last challenge. I'm hoping to be more focused this time around.

Doesn't seem like much of a challenge - but I have been stuck here for a year now!!!
July Goals - 130 miles (OH MY last July I had 127 miles!!!)

- Golf more

July 2 - 3.5 miles
July 3 - 4.8 miles - 10476 steps
July 4 - 2.3 miles
July 5 - 2.3 miles
July 6 - 3.6 miles
July will be a VERY challenging month!!
- 5 birthdays, 1 wedding, 2 anniversaries
- family coming to camp in my yard for possibly a week!!
- last lunch with the girls at work
- last day of work July 14th!!
- Now to learn to live at home after 39 years of 5 a.m. to 7 p.m.

@Lilymay2 Congrats on the upcoming retirement!! It looks like you've already started on a plan and I'm sure adjusting to those extra 14 hours a day free time will work to your advantage! The change of routine might be what your body needs. Good luck!0
