Coffee and tea are allowed, but I can't stand black coffee, and can't use milk, because it's cut out during the whole 30. The energy drink has processed sugar, which is something to be cut out during the whole 30. Plus I don't usually drink coffee.

Looking forward to starting my whole 30 tomorrow, and will most likely be fasting until I get off work. I haven't prepped anything for breakfast and probably won't have time to get anything before work. I'm hoping that I will plan accordingly and get up early enough to go get something.
