Losing steam?

Are we, as a group, losing steam? Only a few people weighing in, zero responses to the weekly challenge (other than myself), and silence so far this week.

Is there anything more/different that you want/need from the group? Any requests of me to do something more? Or are we just losing active members because of people losing interest?

Maybe we can do something to revive our little competition! Let us know your thoughts. :smile:

    For me Jillian it is just a busy week. I also re-injured my foot on Monday which is beyond frustrating! I like the straight forward weekly physical challenges- sit ups, miles, planks, stairs the best. Now ironically I will be looking for different activities to do this week, lol.
    I think a combo of vacations and the natural "lull" in mid weeks of a 3 month challenge is all it may be. Stay strong, even statistically 90% plus of people that start a weight loss program (think New Years resolutions) end up getting discouraged and fall off. Even if it ends up being just a few of us here that is just part of the journey. Even ending with just one buddy left to continue sharing, encouraging, and continue learning together- awesome! So...YOU are doing a fabulous job and thank you :)<3

    I'm still around, though just not actively posting. I kind of fell off the band wagon. but still trying the best that I can. My weight is still up and down, but I'm going to recommit myself on Monday

    Jillian, vacation and travel have had me busy. I am back and will definitely be involved again. I don't app it so I must get online to check in. I like what you are doing here. But to be honest not looking forward to the next weigh in. Maybe a personal message to some of your regulars.

    Thank you, Jenny...and you're welcome. This process is so much easier with buddies, so I'm happy to hold a space where there ARE a few of us left to help each other stay motivated. I hope your foot heals fully. Quickly would be nice too, but feet especially like to take their time with such things. Have you found alternative activities that work for you? I'll keep the challenge suggestions in mind.

    The fact that you are still trying, puts you in the 10% of us that Jenny mentioned who are not giving up.

    Hopefully, all the travelling hasn't been too hard on your progress. I'll try the personal message idea on weigh in days...maybe later in the day/evening for those who haven't posted yet.

    Jillian....this is awesome and I like the buddy system. I am sorry i haven't been very involved over the last several weeks. I came home with a cold. So I am three weeks down on my goals. Feeling better now and ready to get back to work. I haven't weighed because I know it will be a gain but I will this Sunday to get back on track. Thanks for the commitment and support.
