I hope this is the beginning of the trend down again. I've been at 240-241 for a couple of months. Several times I didn't help the cause. I got frustrated and had too many days in a two week period where I had "extras" I ate things I wouldn't normally eat after I should have been done eating for the day. I don't think I ate enough to gain and most days I did well. But, it was more than one or two days in that two week period, so I stayed the same. That's my assessment of it anyway. lol
