Starting Level 2 tomorrow. My endurance definitely has improved since last week. I haven't mastered push ups just yet though, normally do proper push ups first time round and then the beginner version second time round.

I had to motivate myself to get out of bed, but did it. I had to do the beginner version of the push-ups though, just haven't got any strength in my arms it would seem!

I've done it before and been doing some of her other DVDs more recently. I just started again today and it was HARD.
