THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR VALUABLE ANSWERS! Vitamin C I will take and change schedule to Mon and Thurs lower then Tues and Fri upper. I was doing cardio Fri and sat. I will switch that Wed and Sat.....I will definately try more stretching.

For me it was when I thought I could hide my weight gain after having my daughter 14months later with spanks. I ordered XL size online and to my disbelief when I tried them on I couldn't get the past my thighs! That's when I realized I had to do something!

I bought it to do it after insanity and I will tell u it will kick ur butt! It has a lot of plank moves so be prepared to get on the floor a lot! I will say its a cross between P90X and Insanity on steroids. If u give it your all u will start seeing results by the third week. Am not watching the scale anymore so the muscle…

I hear you! Same thing happened to me on my first session with my PT! Stairs really? I told him I wasn't paying him to run up and down the stairs or cardio. I needed help with my strength training. The good thing is he listened and ever since he has been 'killing' me with core and strength training. I do my cardio, warmups…

I have been 4 weeks into the program but only lost 3lb:cry: But I can tell you I have lost inches since my clothes are a little loose.I have also noticed my endurance has improved alot. So keep up with it. Dont give up!

A while back when I had a personal trainer he stated to push and pull on the handle bars for resistance. Also make sure your form is correct too. Dont hunch over. And lastly make sure you use it! I just started using mine almost everyday now! Before I used to hang my towels on it! :smile:

It had chicken tenders (fried), fries, coleslaw and texas toast. I didnt have the toast though or the sauce that comes with it. But I still logged it as I had eaten the whole thing!

Even though the scale is not moving I can tell a huge difference in the way my clothes fit now. Plus I no longer have to take heartburn medication anymore!
