I eat microwaved potatoes almost EVERY night, and since I've started that, I feel fantastic. They're incredibly filling, and awesome with fat free sour cream. I swear by potatoes, and I'm gonna tell you now to ignore the tater haters. Whenever I've hit a point where my weight gets sticky and won't budge, I eat potatoes and…

Haha wow..That was so, so bad. Also, that rocalabs sprinkles lady seemed legit. I mean, her math was a bit hazy and she seemed to like pulling random percentages out of her rear, but other than that totally reals.

I do 1200 but I certainly wouldn't call the loss fast or steady. It varies a lot. So I would say, start with 13-1400 and see if you can live with it before you try 1200. You have to be extra careful about measuring and weighing everything if you jump in that low. Those little calories add up REAL quick.

This. I went longer than 3 days though, it took me about 2-3 weeks to fully retrain myself. I was addicted to sugar and huge amounts of carbs. I pushed through and I'm glad I did. It's entirely worth it. I'll take healthy food I can eat a ton of and stay within my limits over junk that's almost my entire day's worth of…

It comes down to willpower. Do you want to eat healthier, BE healthier, or eat junk all the time. You can't have both. When I started cutting out stuff, it was hard, but worth it. Now I don't wanna go back. We've almost always baked instead of fried, so that helped. So my suggestions are: bake, don't fry; buy sugar free/no…

I'm on day 4 of level 1. So far, my weight has went down, up, up. Anybody else have that happen? I've gained almost 2 lbs :( I drink plenty of water, and eat about half to 3/4 of my exercise calories back. I'm hoping it's muscle (rawwr ;p) but 1.8lbs of it in 3 days? O.o

A lot of people put fruit with it, apparently it's really good with pineapple. I like it as is, or on my salad. I love cottage cheese mmm sooo freaking good.

This thread lacks Shelties. I'mma fix that. We got Lilith shortly after she'd been taken from an animal hoarder. She was in horrible shape. The lady that took her from there directly said she was skin and bones, so she was fed very high cal suppliments, along with..mcdonalds, white castle burgers, etc. So, she was very…

Start with the 3 lb weights. Wooo man you feel it. I'd work up to 5 lbs lol.

Something I've found that helps me is to change the workout just a tad. Made a huge difference on my knees. Instead of doing the jumping, I briskly jog in place to keep my heart rate up. I do the same when my shoulders start shooting pains on the jumping jacks. It may not be what she intended, but I'm still moving! Anybody…

I started it yesterday. I felt like I was gonna die lol. My knee hurts and is kinda weak from it today though, so already I'm having to skip a day. I'm thinking of doing it every other day for a week, just to get used to it. Then I'll start it everyday. >.>

I don't have time to take a pic, upload, etc. But, most of my tshirts are funny. This morning I was wearing one that said "If I was a zombie, I'd eat your brains", but I have on my "4 little ponies of the apocalypse" shirt. /LUFF.

Walking Dead. Oooh can't wait <3

I would suggest cutting it into 1 inch strips, laying them down on a paper towel, and lightly press. This way, it takes some of that weird tasting water out of it, and in my opinion, makes it taste sooo much better. I like to "fry" the strips before adding sauce as well. Use some fat free cooking spray or a splash of olive…

Aww I didn't see this yesterday, but I met the challenge anyway ;p Burned 431 yesterday, and burned 1410 cals today. Took the dog for a 2 mile walk this morning, then swimming for 2 hours with the kiddos this afternoon. Woo! I'm not sure how much I trust mfp's numbers on swimming, because holy cow..but I did water running/…
