Age: 24 Height: 5'9" CW: 186 Goal Weight: 155-160 (including muscle weight) I consume 1200 calories a day and usually burn 400-800 calories a day. I don't usually eat back the calories unless I get hungry, but I've had plenty of energy lately. Short-term goal: 171 by Memorial Day Weekend.
