My advice is get a Heart Rate Monitor - depending on the person and the intensity, the calorie burns will vary. I just finished a round of TurboFire and depending on the workout length, etc...my calorie burns varied and that is why I wear a heart rate monitor. I eat back some exercise calories some days, and most of them…

I just do it because I HAVE to. I made excuses for too long, and didn't make myself a priority, so when I started working out in March, my family knew it was important to me, they all pitched in to help out. I guess I would say get up earlier, I know you mentioned needing 8 hours of sleep, but if it were me, I would learn…

Initially it started because I wanted to look good in my wedding dress in September. I started really focusing on eating/calories/working out in March. But since I started and I actually completed TurboFire, it has become so much more. I mean the standards all apply: I am tired of being overweight, I want to wear cute…

Dirty Girl Run, run a 10K, and maybe a half marathon if I get real ballsy!!

1 word- Idiotic. You can not live on that kind of diet forever, so what is the point exactly, unless you are looking to lose and then gain the weight back.

Started 21 Day Fix today, though I am not using containers because I feel weighing my food is much more accurate. Excited to see how it goes!

Oh, and my Victoria Secret Jammie pants fit me now....another wonderful feeling, were super tight, couldn't get them on 6 weeks ago!

Also in week 20 of TurboFire, my last week, and I have not missed a single workout!! That, my friends is probably, what I am most proud of!!

Seems at though my black work pants, which were previously pushing way too tight, seem to become bigger and bigger every week, first noticable difference was in the waist/stomach, and then hips...today I am noticing the thighs/legs are looser....small victories rock!!

I don't think that your measuring cups are inaccurate, however when you look at the serving size on a box of rice, for example and it says 1/2 cup and then also give the grams or ounces, the weight may be less than a 1/2 cup, so you could be overeating when a serving size could be 59g or 1/2 cup, and 59g doesn't fill a 1/2…

I love this. We have separate accounts, but I wouldn't just assume becasue someone shares an account w/ the SO that they have trust issues. Judgemental much? Some people aren't good w/ technology so it's just easier for them, why must we speculate the worst case....from pass codes on phones to joint FB, if you share your…

I am just finishing Week 20, can't beleive it!! I did it! I did the Advanced Program, didn't miss a workout in 20 weeks, so far I am down 29lbs and waiting for my final total on SAturday and final measurements. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did. It is an awesome workout and I am really, REALLY going to miss it. But I…

I have so many clothes in my closet in different sizes that I will be able to just wear the stuff I kept for a bit, but when it gets to a point where I run out of the stuff I have( I plan to get smaller than what is in my closet) i will either make due or probably go to a resale shop. We have some in the area that sell a…

Nope because Mon-Saturday as long as it fits in my macros I eat it, there should be no guilt involved in that. sundays I generally take a break and don't log, but try to still be aware of what I am eating and it works. I don't really overindulge anymore because I don't want to feel sick
-
Putting on my work clothes and not feel like I am squeezing into them, or worrying that they are so tight they are going to split(pants) wearing shirts in my closet that haven't fit in over a year!

5'4"-shooting for 140, and when I get there will re-evaluate to see if I can do more or if that is a good weight for me

I did not do the cleanse, but I did get sucked into the 24 day challenge, which is similar. Did I lose weight? Yes. Did it stick?? Hell no! Why not?? Because it is not sustainable. You get very litttle calories while doing it. So eventually you need to learn how to weigh/measure/log food and be accountable for what you put…

Awesome and very inspiring!! Love your attitude!! Keep up all the hard work!

To each his own, I don't think i would fail if I didn't have them, but I like using them as additional tools to help me suceed. My not be for you, but everyone is different.

For me, I use a HRM with my workouts, wear my Bodymedia during the day, log my food. I like knowing what I burn every day. could I do it without, sure. But I like the information. Everyone is different:)
