So I am honestly focusing more long term, but wanted to put it out there. I started this journey in 01/2021 at 225 lbs and by 01/2022-I was down to 153. I started dating a great guy, my nutrition became less and less structured and fast forward I have gained 40lbs back....so we have a trip the weekend of July 12th of this…

My smile, definitely!

For me, I think I have been so back an forth for most of my adult life. I turned 49 a week ago and I made a promise to myself that I was going to make 2021 my *kitten*. That the last year in my 40's would be my best and I am going to go in to 50 in the best shape of my life, no excuses. I may stumble, I may fall flat on my…

Awesome job!! You look great!! Keep up the good work!!

Well first of all, do you workout at all?? 1200 calories is the absolute minimum you should be eating if you are not working out, and you should never be eating less. If you are working out you need to increase your calorie intake.

I guess for me I can't find a happy medium, I am either 100% on or so off with my eating. I need to figure out a way to have the things I like in moderation and not go all crazy in the process....like 1 oreo means 1 oreo...not 4-5 :( I also have such a big sweet tooth, and also love salt.... I would also like to become a…

I only workout at home. I have done a couple of Beachbody programs that I love. Currently doing turbofire, have done Chalean Extreme, there are so many to choose from!! I really love working out at home, I used to be at total gym rat, but do love the ease and convenience of working at home!

Got married a week and a half ago. congratulations to you and good luck!!

Reese's Puffs and Lucky charms!!! MMM...I haven't had Reese's Puffs in forever because I would probably eat the entire box!

TurboFire, Chalean Extreme, T25, P90X....

complete aweseomeness!! How inspiring!

Um....you really shouldn't dictate whether or not he can lose weight. If he is your husband you should love him regardless of his body type, and be attracted to him either way. To say I don't want him to be think but I would take him if he was ripped sounds pretty shallow!

Tried it for a week, didn't like it. I dont' know if it was Autumn being annoying, or the workouts, but I didn't like it. I do love a lot of BB workouts, I just finished TurboFire and I am now doing Chalean Extreme for a round, then plan on doing a hybrid between the 2, but I didn't like 21 Day Fix at all.

I have done TurboFire and Chalean Extreme, both beach body programs and have had alot of success. Personally for me, I prefer to work out at home vs. paying a gym membership every month, which cost money too. I would say to me paying $100 for a program that I enjoy and I have been able to stick with and see results IS…

I did the TurboFire/Advance and lost 30lbs and 23inches, and I LOVE THE WORKOUTS. I just finished and am now starting Chalean EXtreme. Once I finish that, I will be doing a Hybrid between the 2. I absolutely love Chalene and at some point I will be getting PiYo too, but for now I have my workouts planned into 2015 :) good…

Great job on your success!! You look and are doing great. I am glad what you are doing is working, however, I know many people, including myself that still eat many of the things you are saying that we should not eat....bread, fast food, cookies, ice cream, candy, etc....I have managed to lose 30lbs in the last 4.5 months…

lolololololz......I    you!!!!

That is a fabulous idea....oh, wait, I wear ponies 75-80% of the time anyways...

Me too, small world, alas I still get my workouts in every day...insane!! The madness of it all! :ohwell:

there are many excuses and little flexiblity and a lot of reasons why she "can't" do this...So for all of us with "easy" lives who make it happen, well kudos to us...this is a losing battle here, and I don't know why we keep offering suggestions when she clearly "can't" do any of them. OP-I truly beleive that if you made…

This is awfuly judgmental, you are assuming because she is 21 she is not and adult and has no responsibilities. I know many 21 year olds that manage to go to school full time, work 30-40 hours a week, pay their bills and still manage to work out and be healthy. 2 hours in the gym is completely uncessary and you are making…

I'm sorry but I highly doubt if she got up 45 minutes earlier to get a workout in, she would not be able to function. Let's be honest, most people that workout at the start of their day have more energy and feel better the rest of the day. There are mornings that I clearly just don't want to get out of bed....and I get an…

That is totally why, I only have about 25lbs left to lose and on Fire60-I burn 700 calories, so depending on what you have to lose and how hard your heart is working, your burns are most likely lower. I can tell you I did have to work alot harder in the end than I did in the beginning to get higher calorie burns.
