My starting weight on Jan. 4 was 164.2, Current weight is 160.3 for a loss of 3.9 pounds! :) This past week I just lost the re-gained between that for 2.4 pounds lost last week. :)

Hey guys so for this week I think it would be neat if we all tried something new for our challenge as well as the losing poundage! Any suggestions? Such as you have to drink 6 glasses of water each day to qualify? or exercise for 30 min at least 4 days? and great job Biggest Loser TTROSES!! WOOOO!! :)

Yup, no problem. :) We will be competing by percentage of body weight lost. Say you weigh 100 pounds, and lost 1 pound this week. Just divide 1 into 100 and it would be 1% lost that week. Of course no one in the entire world should weigh that much unless they are still in elementary school so the percentage lost each week…
