  • Man I love how I can actually get through the warmups everyday this week so far without stopping for breath. And I feel so much more flexible! :D now if I can only get through those dumb basketball drills in the circuits... (the ski abs and in 'n outs are killing me!)   • I am starting out the new month at 160.3 and my main goal for the month is to get in 4 days of exercise a week, eat at least 3 servings of veggies and get at least 3 glasses of water a day. (i'm not even getting that much right now :/ ) I would like to be at 155 at the least amount of poundage lost by March 1. :)
