New week!! everyone post their last weeks poundage and such! This is the last week of month 2! My goal is to break 160 and get into the 150s. i've been at 160/162 for a month now. UGH. This past week I lost .4.LB and got all my exercise days in with a 9 miler on saturday!! so great! Still need some work on the water, but doing well. How about all of you?!

I just joined last week, so I am waiting to weigh myself. I have stuck to my plan and have been under calories thus far. I really do not like to drink much of anything, so I am forcing myself to drink water (like it, just don't do it). I have been able to get between 8-10 glasses per day. I now know what a fish feels like.....lol.0

I'm at 150 right now. That is good, but I was really hoping to break into the 140's this month. I really don't have any excuses. I have been sticking to my exercise, but admit I have been indulging in yummy extras. I have also been slacking with my water, but am trying to do better this week! Yesterday 96oz and 48 oz so far today. I think we should continue on into March? Maybe?0

haha i am definitely up for continuing into march. i got two workouts in yesterday plus some yoga today and last night planning a 9 mile run saturday and a 4 mile run tomorrow. WOOO!0

I definitely want to continue!!! I am down to 180.4. My SW for last week was183.

Samantha - I like water to and have to force myself to drink it as well. I just notice i lose better when i do. Keep it up and you will notice it. Welcome to the group!

LET'S DO IT IN MARCH!!!! WE WILL ROCK IT!!!!!! I will need the extra support . I will be moving two hours north, changing jobs and changing routine. Looking forward to it, but it seems like I just got into a routine that was allowing me to lose consistently. I know I can do it, but I hate figuring out what works. Also... I might be crazy, but I think someone put a curse on me. :-) I have had doughnuts, pizza, burgers, milkshakes, cake, cookies, chinese food all cross my path this week. I shouldn't complain becuase it has all been offered by very nice people at no cost to me(except for the calories!)! Moderation is my motto, but with so many options even a little bit of each adds up fast. There are way too many celebrations in February!!!! :-) Thankfully they have not all been on the same day and thankfully I have done well with exercise and water! Welcome to the group Samantha and YEAH FOR MARCH!!!!0

We are here for you ttroses!!!! Good luck with moving.... I hate moving, packing, arrggghhh! And on top of that changing jobs. It's just a whole new you!!! LOL You are couragous!
