Rockin It out Month 2

New month and a fresh start! Anyone is welcome to join our competition. It is a biggest loser challenge of sorts. We will weigh in every monday for the month of February posting the new weeks weight, pounds lost that week, and feb. 1 weight.
On this thread post your name, current weight as of February 1st, and your strengths & weaknesses for being healthy.
I'm emily, will post my current weight tomorrow morning, I do fairly well at not eating after tenpm, getting 4 exercise days in, and taking bubble baths I have a HORRIBLE sweet tooth!, don't drink enough water, and don't eat balanced meals. WOO FOR FEBRUARY!

I've Sylvie. Current weight is 164.4 lbs and it's taking more time to loose now but I'm so motivated by the change in me that it doesn't really matter.
My challenge. Food wise, I'm doing good overall. It's always a challenge to get the water in (the 8 glasses). Exercise is a work in progress. I'm not doing bad, but it's taking every minutes of my spare times to keep doing the exercise as I now need to get to the gym (was bored at home). When spring comes, my son and I will get a new bike and we will hit the road. Should be easier to be active.0 -
I am starting out the new month at 160.3 and my main goal for the month is to get in 4 days of exercise a week, eat at least 3 servings of veggies and get at least 3 glasses of water a day. (i'm not even getting that much right now ) I would like to be at 155 at the least amount of poundage lost by March 1.0

Hi my name is Sandy. SW is 186, GW for Feb. is 181. I am 50 and going on my 1st cruise at the end of April. As some of you know my foot has been hurt but my doc cleared me to exercise again. YEA!!! I am to take it slow and definitely do my stretches. It feels good to sweat again. (Well besides at 3:30 in the morning).
I also have troubles drinking the water but I am pushing it these days.... Drink... Drink.... Drink...
I made it today!

hey all! glad most of you have found it so far. I ran for an hour and forty minutes today! didn't mean to haha, but my mom and i went exploring on our thursday run...
This was my second run this week for a total of 10 miles ran this week Got my veggies and my water in today too!! also painted my nails, cleaned my room, and finished a buttload of homework (finishing my sophomore year of college). I feel so accomplished today! Yay!!0 -

I am currently (as of Monday) 194 lbs. I've lost 44 lbs in the past year, and will lose another 50 more by the time I'm done!0 -
Good morning,
I"m back to where I was at the beginning of last week... 164.4. I had lost during the week but gained it back during the weekend. Also I got a cold and didn't exercise at all and eat junk food on Saturday evening and didn't get the water either... So time to take myself back on hand and loose those 2 lbs quickly. Objective is to drink my water this week and get back to exercise at least 3 times this week.0 -
Yesterday was my day off, and I pigged out all day...but that's okay because I was really good all week, and this morning I am back on the wagon.
Hope everyone had a good weekend...now get to the gym! :laugh:0 -
