I feel overwhelmed with life sometimes. I had made it to my goal once. In 2017 I had a total hip replacement. I put on 12 pounds. Now I just try and try again. A circle of knowing what to do but not knowing how to get there. I am 52 and I had a kidney transplant over 30 years ago. I want to get this extra weight off. Tammy
