We are fortunate to have a nice size fridge, but not a lot of food storage or counter space. I've started using a slow cooker and it's worked out pretty well. Some of the things I've made I've liked, but not all.

And... tracking my food will help. I just need to get into the habit of doing so, then I think I will be able to eat out again. For me it seems like I need to get into a routine and once I'm there I do pretty good.

queenliz99... The problem is, I somehow lost that thing that says "you're full" and gained something that says "oh, who cares... eat the whole thing... it tastes sooo good"! Hahaha! That was funny! I'm trying this new (for me) approach of not dieting, but really and truly changing my eating habits. It's been ONE day and dang it's hard! LOL!
