Well my sons team tied one game and won the other. We came in 2nd place for our district! They take the top two teams of district, so we will be going to play for eastern district the first weekend in December! If we win there, then it’s off to state! So proud of my son! Also I caught a virus so no cardio or strength.

Didn’t walk but played soccer with my husband and son for about 30 minutes in the backyard while chasing the toddler around.

Well I did not lose 10 pounds. I lost 6. I’m still happy with this though because I’m on the right path. I will continue to get there. My next mini goal is to lose those 4 pounds by December 1st.

I walked all around Walmart for an hour and a half. I try to get things in the order I come to them however with a cranky hungry 2 year old I get distracted and had to keep back tracking. So I was in there twice as long, but as I said, I got some walking in. Bonus: I parked way in the back of the parking lot!

Ninerbuff I eat mostly eggs, chicken, beef or turkey. I did have alcohol for the first time in a looong time Friday night but it was only two drinks. Also that was days ago. Maybe it will go away soon.

Also I’m still feeling bloated. Could this have anything to do with the fact I’m not doing as much cardio as I was doing before I started strength training about a week ago? I have been eating within my calories and nothing very carb heavy. In fact my carbs and fat have flip flopped lately so they are on the low side.

Walked inside...again! It’s been too hot for me to push Ella in her stroller. I can handle the heat but she sweats really bad and her cheeks get really red. We are getting a cool front though so we will start walking outside again soon!
