I had the same problem and his was my solution. My husband will eat cheeseburgers and cookies and lose weight. My son is a little more adventurous with veggies than my daughter so I’m lucky there. I know the struggle of diabetes (Grannie died from it, mom has it & I had gestational diabetes when pregnant with my now 2 year old). This is a major accomplishment!!! Kudos for taking control of your health instead of letting the medication do it for you!! I bet that is a great feeling.

I want to lose at least 10 pounds by November 10th. It's my husband and mines 10 year wedding anniversary. Also my birthday is November 14th. I say if you're still feeling hungry then eat back the calories, it doesn't have to be all of them. If you're not hungry then don't eat them back. Just listen to your body.

My starting weight and goal weight are the same as yours but I'm 5'7". I weigh 192 and want to get to 145ish (I'll know when I get closer if I need to adjust). I can't seem to get motivated and this is inspiring. Great job!!
