Only got 24 oz of water today BUT I was under my calories! This is a victory for me because I haven’t been under my cals in 2 weeks (reason for my weight gain the past two weeks). Small steps right?!

To get out of the 180’s by Valentine’s Day. Currently at 185.2 this past Friday. I weigh daily but record only fridays and I saw 183.8 this morning so I’m very hopeful! (Taking things 10 pounds at a time).

One of the better transformations I’ve seen. You look incredible! I admire what you have done and in such a short time for the amount of weight lost. Shows your determination! Also, I agree with everyone. You look YEARS younger now. You will lose the last bit in no time. Just keep on!

I set small weight goals. Example I want to be in the 170’s by Valentine’s Day (at 184 now). However, to not get overwhelmed I take it a week at a time. My weekly goal is to log everyday and stay under my calories at least 6 of the 7. I allow myself one meal to indulge on (within reason) a week. So far I’ve lost 11 pounds.
