I don't like plain water either *unless it's ICE COLD. So I put in some Real Lemon packets or use a fresh lemon squeezed into my water jug... gives it a bit of taste and makes me want to drink more.. Hope this helps.. Oh, and REAL LEMON also has REAL LIME, and REAL ORANGE... totally no calories or sugar. crystalized juice..

Totally YUMMY! I cook mine in the microwave.. I just poke holes with a fork and cook for about 5-8 min... cut, scoop out the seeds and use a fork to separate the strands... I hate squash, but looove this! I usually put a bit of tomato sauce over it... good luck!

Yeah, Quinoa is the better choice here. I LOVE cous cous... but it is pasta.. Boo! Quinoa has a different texture, but I've heard it's awesome mixed into something..

Welcome! This is my first day as well.. after a 10lb gain this summer, I'm at my peak weight and need to lose that and some by the fall. Seems that this site is pretty informative for food and exercise journaling. Kudos to you for not taking any more medicine, rather fixing it with diet and exercise! BEST of luck to you!

I have that same problem. Thick thighs. Always had them, always will. It's who I am. So I've just learned to use them to the best of their ability. I run, bike, walk, hike.. anything that keeps them semi-shaped for now. I hope that losing 25lbs will help reshape them a bit more. :) All the suggestions here are good ones!…
