I do it longer then 30 days - I do it until I can go the entier work out with 5lbs weights (i start doing the easy way with 3lbs then, I do 3lbs with the more difficult way; then again the easy way with 5lbs and then the whole things with 5lbs) I am now 3 months in and I am on level 2 with 3lbs weights. I have lost 15lbs…
