  • I'm not sure I feel like that, but on the days that I exercise I feel like I'm eating way too much. I earned an extra 400-something calories today, but I can't finish them off. :ohwell: I'm soooo full!!! lol I still have over :noway: 200 left to eat. :noway:
  • thanks everyone for the suggestions!!! I went with eggs...and yea, the pizza sounded sooooo good! It's important to eat the calories. If you don't your body can go into starvation mode and halt your weight loss.
  • okay, so I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a 100 cal. curves bar and I still have another 599 calories to eat today, but I'm over my sugar by 11g (most of which is from fruit so it's cool). Any ideas of where I can get those calories with out consuming much sugar?

  • I worked for Panera a few years ago. I believe the Fontega is made on rosemary onion Foccacia, which is not the healthiest of breads.   • I watch my sugars also and was having that same problems. Through several different sources I've been told not to worry if they are natural sugar, like in fruit. I still keep note of them, but I generally just ignore the nat. sugar on here.
  • The tea works best in long-term continuous use. All it really does though is up you metabolism a bit. It's by no means a miracle worker and I wouldn't rely on. It's strange that it would have you feeling nauseous.... where did you order it from?

  • I'm not sure about the cravings adapting or not but it's always a good idea to only weigh yourself once a week. That's what I do. I find that when I weight myself every other day or so I get discouraged.
  • What types of food are you eating? It's important to eat the right kind of calories, think protein. The empty ones won't fuel you for long and your hunger will come back sooner. Are you drinking enough water? Thirst and hunger pains are very similar.

  • I agree with everyone that it's best to plan ahead, however if you do find yourself hungry at the gas station beef jerky is usually pretty good. You've just got to watch what kind you buy and always check the nutrition facts. Jerky is high in protein and will keep you full with less, longer.
