Breakfast - Chicken Ham Sandwich or soft boiled eggs (2 eggs) Lunch - Rice either chicken rice or rice with mixed vege Dinner - Dry/Soup Noodle or salad I drink plain water to fill my stomach whenever i feel hungry before the meal time.
