Drinking enough water was tough for me at first. I was only drink about 3-4 glasses a day along with coffee and tea. You want to know what I noticed most about those photos? Not just the fact that you look amazing, and have completely changed your shape! But that in your before pictures you didn't even look at the camera, much less smile, but in your after pictures you're looking straight at it with big smile on your face! Great Job!

A glass of 2% milk with some chocolate syrup is a go to post-workout snack for me. I usually stick with almond milk for other things, like cereal or oatmeal. I sometimes mix chocolate syrup in that too for a post-workout snack and it is yummy!

I am pretty sure juvenile diabetes is not something you can give yourself. It's actually referred to as Type 1 diabetes and it is the type you are born with.

My workout sneakers don't match all of my workout clothes. My favorite color is electric blue so a lot of my work out clothes were already that color so when I bought new sneakers, they just happen to come in that color too.

I have gotten my nicer clothes altered as I am losing and turn to places like Target to get cheaper jeans and t-shirts until I am at my goal.

I will totally kiss my husband after a meal without brushing first. I will usually say something like, "Spaghetti kiss!" or "Gucamole kiss!" (or whatever I just ate) when I do it.

congrats on the 1/2 marathon! I just started running a couple weeks ago (never have been a runner), and now I love it. I am starting small, working up to a 5K. Here's to you crossing the finish line! :D

I agree that protein is a must. If you're not allergic, I would suggest taking some peanuts or whatever tree nut you like to work for a mid-morning snack. I enter my strength training under cardio to at least mark some of the calories. I am going to be investing in a HRM soon to get the real number.

I have this problem sometimes. Are you trying to eat all the calories you earn from exercise too? Look at your net calories, and as long as they are at your minimum I wouldn't worry about eating all your calories.

lunges, squats, and little weights the day before. You'll still be burning calories the next day. Also, dance your *kitten* off! You're celebrating!

It's more earthy than regular tea. You should just try it to see if you like it. I don't add anything to mine and a i soak the bag until my tea is practically toxic. I like it strong. If you find it too strong or bitter, add a little tiny bit of Truvia. It's super sweet so you only need a little.

Me and the hubby are starting our own tradition for Thanksgiving this year. We're going hiking all morning and then coming home and making an all out Thanksgiving dinner for just the two of us. I am not worried about pigging out for one day, plus I will be hiking all morning and working off some extra calories.

You can tell the difference. The texture is slightly off from potatoes. BUT they are still delicious. Mix a little chicken broth in if you can't get the texture right.

I pack some make-up removing wipes in my gym bag. Takes no time to remove the makeup before you sweat it off. I am not sure if it is true, but I just feel like sweating with makeup on is bad for your pores.
