I agree 100%. Losing weight is the hardest thing I have ever done. It takes much more hard work, dedication and sacrifice than most people believe.

Finished day 10 of level 2!! :happy: I certainly improved on level 2, but I still have a hard time with the squat thrusts and plank jacks. Mostly because my shoulders are burning!!

Done with day 6 of level 2. It's not getting easier, but I am getting stronger. I'm getting pretty curious about level 3 and how difficult it will be! Has anyone done level 3 before?

I finished day 4 of level 2 tonight. Didn't think I would get it in because I had to work 12 hours today, but being a part of this group really helps motivate me to push through. Tomorrow is day 15!!

Day 3 of level 2 done today. I really struggled today, but I know it must be doing great things for me so I keep going. I was huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf though!!

Just finished day 1 of level 2 (11th day total). I must say so far I detest level 2! Lol. It'll be interesting to see how I feel about level 2 in a few days.

Finished with level 1! Today was day 10, so tomorrow begins level 2. Looking forward to it! Especially since so many people seem to like level 2. We'll see how it goes. :happy:

That's great that you finished level one! I just finished day 5 of level one today. I feel better today than I have the last few days, that's for sure. Still a tough workout though. I'm looking forward to hearing how level 2 is compared to level 1.

Just finished day 4 of level 1. I'm still sore, but not quite as bad. I bumped up some of the arm movements from 3 pounds to 5 pounds, so I might be a bit sore from that tomorrow, but oh well. It's really nice to have other people going through the same workout and being able to talk about it!

I'm getting married on April 1st, 2012 out at sea. I've lost 29 pounds, but need to lose 34 more. I can't wait!
