  • I agree. I recently used the Harris Benedict Equation to calculate what my calories should be and I picked my regular activity level without exercise and then I log the exercise when I do it.
  • Definitely add it back. As others have said it will give you a little more of a push to get it back off. Plus, if you leave it as is then you won't get the satisfaction of updating it when you have progress. You would have to wait until you lose more than the 7 you gain to see the ticker move.
  • I try to track as soon as I know what I am going to have, or at least what I am planning to have. I feel this makes me a little more accountable and helps me stick to my meal plan for the day.
