I can do 1 chin up. I still am overweight so its exciting. I bought a bar that goes on my door and every time I walk past it I try to do one. I felt myself getting stronger and finally one day I did one. I still do this every time I walk by now hoping for two. Good luck!

You can't think that one day ruined your entire diet. It's didn't. Take it one meal at a time dear. You messed up... That sucks, but the only way to get better is to keep going.

Inches are a good thing. It's definitely not a problem, and is deserving of a :smile: not a :cry: Keep it up. Even if the the scale isn't saying your winning, losing inches are.

I would limit the unhealthy snacks. Two ice cream sandwiches might be much, but maybe try a fresh fruit smoothie or apples with cinnamon and a bit of agave if you really need a sweet treat. hope that helps!
