I have this very same question.... I should be losing based on what it tells me I burn but I see no budge in the scale..... I log food on mfp and let the fitbit log my walking, I don't log my exercise/walks separately.. maybe I need to?

I chew gum frequently just to keep me from munching all the time.... I sometime just want to eat even though Im not hungry, so gum gives me that chewing satisfation with out the extra calories. If I'm burning calories, Im not sure it would be enough to even worry about, but at least Im not eating more...... Plus the mint…

They are NOT worth it. I tried a years ago Xenadrine (the origional one) and its no wonder they are off the shelf now. I will admit they helped control my hunger, but too much. I was never hungry. I've had the same thing happen everytime I'm on the eliptical, bike or arc trainer. I love the arc trainer, but its very annoying that once I hit about 30 mins there goes the toes.
