I think those 10 pounds came straight off your waist! Those are encouraging results! Thanks for sharing. :drinker:

An oldie.... The longest journey begins with a single step. (Or perhaps in this case, stepping on the treadmill.)
-
Awesome job! Good for you--and still remembering to enjoy every day of life! :drinker:

Those are awesome results! I'd love to get the same from my post-natal body.........of course I haven't been at the shred EVERY day, but I'm on day 8 now. Thanks for sharing with us! You look great.

Love that feeling! Other people will begin to notice, too. I really notice it for my friends when I see an older picture of us, and it's like, whoa, you used to be a lot bigger than you are now! The power of the picture, eh? Keep up the good work! You'll make it to where you want to be.

:noway: Sounds good!

My advice (after starting at a healthy weight, then gaining more than 50 pounds with my first two babies) would be to eat well, healthy, and eat when you're hungry. Yes, eat what you have a craving for, but if you crave cheese cake, have one slice, not three or four like I did. I gained WAY too much weight (I'm only 5'4")…

Thank you thank you thank you! I'm seven months post partum (with babe 3) and still a far ways to go (because I slacked after babe 2), but I weigh less than I have for three years and I'm feeling better than I have for a LONG time. Thanks for the inspiration....I will be coming back to re-inspire myself on those crappy…

Hey there! Feel free to add me as a friend.....here's the gist of what I do...... Of course my GOAL is to work out every day, but sometimes with three young kiddos and one who has decided she likes to party all through the night I can't find the motivation. I make sure I'm at the gym on Tues/Thurs because my oldest is in…

Just to encourage you all who aren't doing it every day.....I started this two (ish) weeks ago, did three days and then left town for a week (vacation, so a lot of walking and different activity, but nothing I'd really label as cardio). In those ten days, jeans that I had just bought a bit tight on me were literally…

Good on ya! One more pound and I'll be with you..... :D
-
Great job! Good for you! Sharing your photos has made me so excited to keep going toward my goal. Bless you!

Love this! My 4-yr-old likes to do the Shred with me (we're only on day four, and he can already tell me what exercise is coming next) and he looked over on day 3 and told me, "I couldn't do this without you, Mom." *SMILE* Kids are good for the self confidence when they are sweethearts, eh?

Do it! You'll be glad you did. I'm just mad the Pilates class at my gym filled up this session before I could get in--and the only opening they have is during my kids' swimming lesson. Next time!

I haven't had a CS, but I did have three kids in four years and had done NO ab work in between--also gained more than 50 pounds with each of the first two pregnancies and finally a more healthy 30 with my third. I started Pilates once a week when my youngest was three months old in a super basic beginner class.....and lost…

#3's my favourite. You look great.

Good for you! Thanks for sharing the inspiration!

Snuggly Puppy!

Gorgeous! Guess I should take some before pics as I'm only on day three.........Thanks for sharing the inspiring results!

If there's still room, count me in!
-
You look friendly & inviting! :D

Totally made this recipe last night--with my two-year-old's help (how to keep a two-year-old busy? Let her mash the bananas while I find all the other ingredients), added a dash of cinnamon and they are AMAZING! Thanks for sharing the recipe--have passed it on to several friends who are eating GF/ sugarfree/ dairy free/…

Sounds yummy......will have to give it a try. Thanks for including instructions on cooking the quinoa--I haven't cooked with it yet but have been meaning to try it out.
-
That's great! Thanks for showing the pictures and motivating the rest of us.

Great job! I just realized my jeans are too big too--at least in the waist. Never upgraded my belts so I have borrowed hubby's to keep from flashing the world. It's a good feeling, eh?

It's the Canadian pronunciation.......seriously the capital of Saskatchewan--Regina. Rhymes with and everything. The first time I heard a Canadian say it (because I had only read the city's name) I laughed because I thought he was kidding. Then I moved here and found out everyone says it that way. And now I confuse myself…

It's my Tanzanian name, although ironically, when I was actually living in Tanzania I was referred to as Mama Mchumgagi. But that's harder to pronounce for most people (unless you're a Swahili speaker--holla!).
