I'm sure you are allowed to take bathroom breaks. On my bathroom breaks I do some squats (usually 10-30) and sometimes some standing leg raises and arm dips on the counter. It's not much, but every bit helps and it makes me feel a little more active at work.

I add in either a half or full (depending on how much yoghurt I'm having) packet of sugar free/fat free jello mix (the powder you buy in a box). It makes it taste really good and changes the texture a bit. Try freezing the yoghurt, too!

You could also do some exercise (even just a half hour walk) and you'll "earn" some extra calories. As a suggestion, try adding your food to your diary before you eat, so you know how many calories it is and you won't end up with a "whoops I ate 800 calories at lunch now what" moment. Good luck!
