Thanks everyone for all the info! I do eat a lot of carbs, which I am willing to cut out. But I think the main thing I need to do is cut down my portion size! I don't eat junk food or drink soda, for me it's mostly eating TOO much. I guess with being pregnant and nursing for the past 7 years I've just gotten used to eating…
