I worked in an inner city school and this one african american women told me,"you're not fat, you're thick. If you were a couple shades darker, you'd be hot". I guess that was a compliment lol

I LOVE my Wii!!! I have the Wii Fit, Wii Active, and my Weight Loss Coach! Love them all. Especially the Wii Active. I have been using it everyday for about an hour and burn roughly 300-450 calories! I would say it is well worth it!

Just dance 2 has a workout feature that approximates calories burned with how hard you are dancing.

I am no where near my goal weight and am currently doing Insanity. While I take breaks more often, I love it. I burned 300 calories today from it. I am on day 3. It is an awesome workout and Shaun T really keeps you motivated:)

I usually just get the head of lettuce, cut up a pepper, onion, english cucumber, take fat free shredded cheese, wonton strips, and add 4 oz of lean steak or chicken and put on low fat honey mustard dressing. I love it and could eat it everyday and I think it was only 300 calories and it filled me up til afternoon snack!

I lost one pound, which I was worried because I gained 2 and thought for sure I wouldn't lose, but low and behold I did. Wasn't the 2 I was hoping for, but it is one more towards my goal. Keep going everyone, you are all doing great!!

It depends. Yesterday I logged mine because I spent 3 hours at my aunts house doing heavy duty stuff without a break. I lifted, reached, bent over and then some and was actually sore more than I am some days working out. Now do I log my little wipe downs no, but if I am deep cleaning then yes I do. I am in the same boat. I started 2 weeks ago and lost 4 pounds only to gain 3 back and it is not budging:( I would say just drink more water and do what you're doing.

I thought that I would lose by only eating my bare minimum and not my exercise. My minimum is 1200 and with exercise usually it goes up to about 1500-1800. I would eat about 1000 calories. But, from what I have heard, this is probably hindering my results:(

I have a bad relationship with my scale. I am almost obsessed with stepping on it. I know I should probably only weigh myself once a week, but weigh myself sometimes twice a day. I do notice the one to two pound flux every once in a while and complain, but know that it is not really weight.
