Zumba Exhilarate
I begged my hubby to buy Zumba Transformation. I was addicted. So, I again begged him for the new Zumba Exhilarate. I am addicted to that. I must recommend for anyone who has the Exhilarate to try the Tone and Sentao! The Sentao you use a chair. It is awesome!! Just an FYI:)

Mostly for the girls
So, it is that time of the month soon. First since joining MFP. Do many of you gain a lot of water weight around this time. I usually gain up to 4 pounds. Do any of you do anything so you gain less and are less bloated? Just wondering if there is any weight relief so to speak:) Thanks.

Since starting MFP I have gone from 200 to 196. However, these past couple days I go to 197-199. I am eating below my calories and exercising everyday. Any advice? I am starting to lose my momentum:( Thanks.
